We ship to Canada and continental USA through Canada Post, UPS, FedEx or road transportation. For all other destinations please contact us.

Delivery time & shipping costs

Shipping costs and delivery time depend on your order and localisation. You will find all the appropriate information at checkout where you can estimate shipping and taxes. If you need a special estimate of the shipping costs, please don't hesitate to contact us.

We will stay in contact with you during the delivery time, and if you have any question you should contact us.

Once the parcel is dependent upon the carrier, Bluecony Inc. disclaims all responsibility of eventual damages or delivery delays. The carrier will be responsible. If you are not present at the delivery address you provided at the time of order, you will be responsible to communicate with the carrier. Products will not be shipped to Post Office boxes.

For insurance purposes, even if the parcel seems slightly damaged, write « damaged parcel » on the delivery order when delivered. This is EXTREMELY important. If the parcel is considerably damaged, you must refuse delivery. The damaged parcel will be returned and we will ship you a new one. If you refuse the delivery, please notify us so we can expect the return shipping.
