Exchange / refund

Exchange or credit note within 10 days by providing the Invoice. Item has to be returned in its non-open original package. No refund.
Please note that all shipping costs including return costs will be at your expense, and the shipping costs for a new shipment, in case of an exchange will also be your responsibility. In the case of a model error on our part, we will cover related shipping costs.

Every item is checked before shipping. If a manufacturing defect requiring an exchange is discovered, please contact us within 5 working days following the purchase or delivery, so we can assist you efficiently.
We can replace the faulty part, or if necessary, the whole item.
We are very careful about the high quality of our products and we maintain excellent business relationships with our partners.

We ship exclusively within Canada through Canada Post, UPS, FedEx or road transportation.
For orders in the USA, please contact us.

If the parcel is delivered damaged, it is your responsibility to :
For insurance purposes, even if the parcel seems slightly damaged, write « damaged parcel » on the delivery order when delivered. This is EXTREMELY important. If the parcel is considerably damaged, you must refuse delivery. The damaged parcel will be returned and we will ship you a new one. If you refuse the delivery, please notify us so we can expect the return shipping.

All our products are of superior quality and reliable.
Each product is subject to a specific manufacturer guarantee. Make sure you are aware of the corresponding guarantee by refering to the tab « Guarantee » on the web page for each product. If you have more questions, please don't hesitate to contact us.

*Each product contains exhaustive assembly instructions, some could seem complex, we ask you to follow the instructions step by step in order to avoid any assembly mistakes. Any failure on the product by non-observance of these steps will not be covered by the guarantee.
